Macaron Queen was a small business that started out selling the sweet treat out of a small cart, and they were quickly growing and expanding into a brick and mortar location.
Limited Brand Image and Online Reach
They came to Strikepoint wanting to elevate their brand image in store and online to help expand their customer base. They also had a goal of selling their cookies online and not just relying on the brick and mortar location.
At the time of the project, for Macaron Queen’s overall company size, they were still a mom-and-pop shop trying to work with co-packers and a customer support team app to integrate and help them grow and scale to keep up with demand.
Strategic Collaboration
We collaborated with Macaron Queen to refine their brand ethos which helped our team generate a new logo and branding guidelines that were fit for the rapid growth of their business.
We established a strong eCommerce presence to help boost their sales through email marketing campaigns and optimizing the user experience on their website.
We thanked our lucky stars that we had an online store. Seeing that spike during COVID and everyone buying online and stuck at home, having that online presence was a huge relief.
Through strategic collaboration and targeted solutions, Strikepoint successfully elevated Macaron Queen’s brand image, expanded their online presence, and improved operational efficiency.
