Support Pets is a leading provider of emotional support animal (ESA) and psychiatric service dog (PSD) documentation. With a mission to make pet companionship more accessible, they offer fast, affordable, and legally recognized ESA/PSD letters—helping thousands of pet owners secure housing rights, travel access, and peace of mind. With a growing product line that includes bundled services and a new membership program (Support Pets Plus),  they needed a strategic partner who could optimize every stage of the customer journey and coordinate across a complex multi-agency ecosystem.

The Problem

A High-Potential Brand Held Back by Funnel Friction, Creative Fatigue & Measurement Gaps

Support Pets had strong product-market fit and significant paid media spend across Meta and Google, but performance was plateauing. Their core challenges included:

  • A complex assessment and checkout flow creating unnecessary friction and drop-off at critical conversion points.
  • Creative concentration risk, with too much spend relying on a handful of aging assets.
  • Disjointed email marketing with low engagement across broadcast campaigns and untested behavioral flows.

The Approach

Data-Driven Testing, Conversion Architecture, and Strategic Creative Production

Strikepoint embedded as the strategic hub across creative, CRO, email, and paid media—maintaining a testing velocity of 2.5 new tests per week across four key workstreams:

  • Funnel & Checkout Optimization: Systematically tested assessment flows, checkout architecture, order bump sequencing, upsell page redesigns, and bundle pricing strategies—identifying winning combinations through rapid iteration rather than one-off redesigns.
  • Creative Strategy & Production: Produced high-quality static and video assets, prioritizing brand-building creative that scales, not just short-term wins. Expanded into new platforms including a TikTok proof-of-concept that delivered results after Support Pets had previously struggled to spend.
  • Email & Lifecycle Marketing: Rewrote and tested welcome series, abandoned cart sequences, and expiration flows—shifting strategy from underperforming broadcast campaigns toward triggered, behavioral messaging based on performance data.
  • Multi-Agency Coordination: Served as the strategic hub coordinating between media buying, development, and internal teams—ensuring all tactical execution aligned with broader business objectives, including the launch of the Support Pets Plus subscription model.
